The summer: the best season of the year :)

Today I’m going to talk about summer. The summer is my favorite season of the year because I can go to the beach, play football too much, spend time with my friends, etc. I don’t like winter because you are so cold and it’s hard to do something because the weather is very cold. The good thing of the summer is the time that I have to do things, some parties coincide with the summer and the most important thing is that we have long holidays. The bad thing about summer is the hot because the weather in this season is too hot and you have to look for techniques to avoid the cold. In this season I usually do a lot of things because I have a lot of free time. For example I go to the beach with my family, spend time with my girlfriend and  friends, play football almost every day, listening to music, go to parties, play PS3 and go to different places to get fun. So im my opinion I prefer the summer and I think that the worst season of the uear is the winter because it rains too much and I don't like the rain :B

A cool haircut! :D

When I was a child I really hate going to the hairdresser’s  because I never could cut my hair as I wanted, my mother always chose my haircut. I remember that I wanted to keep my log hair but my mother forced me to cut my hair. Every time that I went to cut my hair with my mother and brother, she said that we had to cut our hair like a soldier. When I was 17 I went with my friend to the hairdresser and we cut our hair with the same cut, in this time Colo Colo had won the Championship and one of the most important football player was Arturo Vidal who had a specific haircut, which consisted of a Mohican. Since that time that I choose this haircut but sometimes it is so bored to me and I prefer to cut my hair differently so I have to look for another haircut that be good for me. Now I have my hair longer than I have usually so I think that the next week I will go to the hairdresser to cut my hair.

Wesley Sneijder slams 'pathetic egos' in Holland team

Today I’m going to talk about a new related with my favorite sport, football . Well, this new is about Euro Cup 2012 and in this opportunity the Dutch player, Wesley Sneijder attacked on the pathetic ego inside the Dutch team as they prepare to face Germany on Wednesday night. The Dutch team lost his first match in the Tournament against Denmark and they need desperately a good result against of the the favorites of the tournament. Sneijder said that they don’t need a pshycologist and they are adult males. The problems that are between the players and the manager should tell them face to face. As Wesley Sneijder said, they must go for the same goal, be united and face the consequences. When Sneijder called for the unity, it had little chance of success with Rafael van der Vaart, who expresses his disappointment at being left out from the game against Denmark. He says that the coach has his preferences and he isn’t part of them, he doesn’t think that is going to change. Sneijder added that he didn’t believe that the team was been divided into small groups. “It’s not a must being friends between all the players to play together and win games” he said. He doesn’t believe that are clans or small groups opposing each other. “I’m here to become champion of Euope”, he said.

Dragon Ball Z

It’s very difficult for me if I have to choose one cartoon because when I was a child I watched a lot of cartoons. I used to watch Tom & Jerry, sometimes I see it too but not too much because I prefer to see other kind of TV program.I thinkDragon Ball Z that one of my favorite cartoon is Dragon Ball Z, this is the best cartoon that I’ve seen. I liked this cartoon because is about Son Goku who from childhood to adulthood practiced martial arts, he explored the world finding legendary objects called “Dragon Ball”. These balls can grant wishes to its wearer through a flying dragon called Shenlong so he looked for the balls. Along his journey he met some friends and they fought against a large group of villains, who also wanted the Dragon Ball to fulfill their sinister wishes. The best of this cartoon is that when the most exciting was going to happen the chapter of the day finished, so you had to wait the next day to see what happened. Actually, this cartoon is very popular because too many children watch it, even adults watch this cartoon. I watched this cartoon but I want to watch it again so I think that I am going to buy it xDD

Technology: One of my best friends

When I was a child I loved play with little cars, but meanwhile I grow up I knew what technology was, so I started to use different technological objects. The first one was the PS, then my parents bought me a PS2, and two years ago, at Christmas my parents gave me a PS3! Since my parents gave me the PS3, I played immediately and I play at all times that I can. My PS3 is the best thing that my parents gave me and I like it too much because with that I can do a lot of things, for example I can surf the Internet, sync with other staff like PSP or PSvita, play online with other people that have PS3, and the most important of a PS3, is that PS3 is like a computer. It’s like a computer because you can store music, pictures, videos, etc, and obviously you can listen to music, watch videos and pictures. I think that my life without the PS3 would be bored because with it I have fun, and with my PS3 I can spend time with my friends and family and have fun, of course.

I love this picture too much. It was very difficult for me to choose one picture because I have too many that I like. In this picture you can see me and my little dog at the beach; back to me you see the sea and the waves. My dog and I were walking on the sand. This picture was taken by my mother when we went on holiday to Caldera, 3° Region de Atacama, a few months ago with my family. I chose this one because I appear with my little dog called Lupe, and in that holiday I had a good time with my family, we visited too many places that we never had visited, like The Zoo Rocks, Bahia Inglesa, “Granito Orbicular”, etc. In that opportunity we went on holiday with the family of my aunt and my grandmother, so we were a group of 10. My cousins knew the place that we visited so they taught us the different places that you can go. Also in that chance we met the first football team of Colo-Colo, the football club that I love, so we took too many pictures with them and they almost gave me a T-shirt. :C

This is Brazil

I have a lot of countries that I want to visit, but the most important for me to visit is Brazil. I like so much this country because it has a lot of beaches where you can go to rest. In Brazil you can find too many places where you can have fun with friends and with people that you don’t know. Generally, the most important carnival of Brazil and even of south America is The Rio Carnival, which generally is performed in February. In this carnival too many people are dancing, singing and participating in parades. I want to go to Brazil and go to parties at nights, go to the beach, meet some girls, have fun and the most important, work like a teacher, I mean, as I am studying English Pedagogy I want to teach people to learn English. The most important thing that I want to do is learn to speak Portuguese. Since I was 10 years old approximately I wanted to learn Portuguese, I thing that it’s a beautiful language and I really want to learn it. I hope one day go to Brazil and make my dreams come true.

Mythology

The best exhibition in my life

I like listening to music in cars, so in this opportunity I’m going to talk about the best exhibition that I’ve gone in my life, The International Auto Show. This event is held every two years and always shows the new cars that different brands make. I’ve gone a few times when I was child, and remember that the last time that I went was in 2008. This event is made in Espacio Riesco,a good and big place to do this kind of event, it is located in Recoleta, Santiago Chile. I like this kind of event because I love cars and you can see too many cars, like Station Wagon, Hatchbacks, SUVs, race cars bikes, etc. This event lasts about a week and the first day is for different people of different companies that work in the show, and the other days are for general public. The price of the tickets is not too expensive and you can get some discounts, for example Seniors and students pay less than the other people. This is an amazing event where you can know too many cars, and even there you can participate in different activities like drifting, or shows that famous and expert people are in charge, as driving a car in two wheels.

The best job in the world

Since I have memory I have loved cars and racers and the only dream that I have is to be a racer boy. I’ve always loved cars and when I was child I went with my father, brother and friends to illegal car racing, we saw the racing and when the police arrived we run away xD. I want to work in legal car racing and betting to earn a lot of money to improve my car. Then I will the best racer of my country and I will have to compete with racers around the world. I know that this kind of job is very stressful and I have to spend much time but I love it so I don’t care to do it. Maybe I will have two free days or four, it depends on the dates of the racing, but I have to use some of my free days to work in my car, because after a racing the car requires some small fixes. I like so much this work so I hope one day to work on that.

I have a lot of favorite TV programs, but one of my favorite is "Pimp my ride". This program is about a team which chooses an anonymous person who has a car in bad conditions, and they pimp the car of the person that they choose. When they choose a person, Xzibit who is a hip-hop singer, goes to the chosen’s house and takes his car. Next, at the garage they plan all the changes that they will do to the car. This TV program is different from others because is not like a series of events, is an unusual kind of TV program. It program makes me feel I don’t know, so excited and happy because I love cars and pimp them, so I watch this program to have ideas to modify some parts of my father’s car (because I don’t have car u.u), like sound system, neon lights under the car, xenon lights, paint, wheels, modify the bumpers etc. In this program you can see some characters that have their specialties, for example, one person has to modify the sound system and technology, the other one has to modify the wheels and the bumpers and everyone has a specific task. The most important thing that you must know is that the chosen doesn’t have to pay to this program pimp his car.

The best movie in my life

There are a lot of films that I like and I have five favourite films, they are Fast & Furious 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, so today I'm going to talk about my favourite film. Since I have memory I like cars too much and when I was 13 I saw Fast & Furious and I felt very excited because that movie was great, but two years ago I went to the cinema with my friends and my brother to see Fast Five, the last one.

This movie is about an ex-policeman(Brian O’Conner) and her girlfriend(Mia Toretto) who takes out his friend(Dominic Toretto) to the jail and they are fugitives in Brazil and they are wanted by the police. They love cars and underground racing cars. When they are in Brazil they want to kill Hernan Rios, who is the Rio’s owner and a trafficker. Toretto and Brian have a team with all her friends who participate in the four previous films, and finally they kill Hernan Rios and his trafficker team.

This movie is the best movie I've seen in my life.

Culture Clash

Culture Clash is when two or more cultures are disagree about they believe or their lifestyle. So in a culture clash you can find misunderstandings and disagreements between different kinds of cultures. An example of culture clash can be when an European man comes to Chile and asks us why we don’t take a shower. The reason why they ask us that is because in Europe the people don’t take a shower so much and they think that the Chilean have a skin’s problem, because in Chile we use to take a shower everyday. In Europe the people don’t have the habit of taking a shower everyday so when they are in Chile they are so intrigued and uncomfortable. I chose that example because my friend told me that when he went to Europe and met some people from there, and the European always ask him about that.

I don’t have an own experience about culture clash but one of my friends who went to Europe told one of his experiences, and he said that when he was in Brazil, he had invited a girl to drink, and then the girl slapped him, because in Brazil if a man invited a girl to drink, means that the man want to have sex with her.

Music makes me feel good...♪♫♪'

Music means to me something very important that reassures me when I am a little unquiet. When I have a problem I take myheadphones and listen to music, so I forget all my problems and I relax. Istarted to listening music when I was 10 years old, and the kind of music thatI heard was Axe. I love the music too much, and I make all things listening tomusic. In this time I have no a favourite band, musician, singer, album, genre,etc.; but I listen different kind of music, like Pop, Rock, Bachata, Salsa, Reggaeton,Tektonik, R&B, etc. Well, the music is too important to me and sometimes Iwork like a Dj in different parts, like friend’s houses, unknown people or inmy home, when we have a party. Also, I have a music system in my father’s car,so when I am driving I turn up the volume and I drive very excited, because Ilove the music too much. In 2010 I started to listen more music in Englishbecause in 2011 I started to study English Pedagogy. 

Bilingualism

Bilingualism is the ability that some people have, to write or speak fluently in one language more, including their native speak. So they can speak and write in 2 languages. I’m studying English Pedagogy so I’ll be a bilingual man. 
I think that speak in other language is very important because you can relate to foreign or native people; it depends on where you are. Some research, have shown that the best age to learn a foreign language are children, because they learn more easily than adults, but the older people, is harder to learn to speak a new language as well as a native speaker.If you want to be a bilingual man, you have to put your maximum effort, be able to learn new things, and take a good course of the language that you want to learn. Being a bilingual would be good to your future, because can help you in your job.

Writing

I like writing because is a way to express your feelings and thinking. I feel good when I write in English because is a good way to improve my writing skills. For me, writing in my mother tongue is easier than English because I have not learned completely the English language. When I was at school I had to write several essays in Spanish, but it was complicated because when you write an essay, you have a point of view and then, you must support your main idea with a lot of supporting ideas, so in English it will be more difficult if I don’t know English very well. In this course I want to learn how write a good essay and improve my writing skills to express my point of view in a better way.
